As the we continue to build our vocabulary, today we focus on synchronizing the breath with the movement. Circulate energy, or prana, and unlock some mojo you have been missing! This practice sets the stage for you to begin to break up stagnant energy and patterns. Be true to your breath. Experiment. Explore. I will guide you! Just get on that mat.
DAY 4! YESSSS! Notice how each inhale provides a deeper expansion, and how each exhale is an opportunity to soften and surrender and relax. Today’s floor-based yoga practice deepens your connection to full body awareness and breath.This is a great practice to bring energy to the body in a non taxing or depleting manner. DAY 3! It’s time to improve your range of motion and build strength. Try to enjoy today. Be careful of your regular programmed self talk! Get curious. Ask questions. Be kinder, cooler. Believe in yourself and your beautiful body. Stretch your mind too. Seek smooth and controlled movement on your mat with today’s Day 3 practice. And remember to BREATHE. Let me know how it goes!
