Moh Rahman - Stacy's World Rocks Chat
That's interesting. I had a knock on my door at 4pm on Saturday and it was from the council about the Electoral Register letter. He didn't make a £1000 threat, he just reiterated the "Legally you need to respond" rubbish. Personally I felt violated so I am sending them a notice. I'm going to notice the main council about the council tax, and I'm going to notice the Electoral Services section of the council (the return address on the letter) and cc the Electoral Commission to terminate any contract they think they have with me and to delete my personal details. On my way I found a name of one of the Council Directors to personally address on an organisation chart. On the chart it mentions a partnership with Serco. If you don't know how satanic Serco are do some research. I know Stacey doesn't like to share videos here so if anyone wants a 10min well researched video on Serco PM me. For you Chef, for a "Final reminder" it just means if you still don't play their game they'll go to the next step which might be court proceedings. They take your inaction as your assent (tacit agreement). So you just have to take some action, but the action doesn't have to be the options they give you. The way out is actually write your own letter (definitely NOT fill out their form). Just like they have issued you notices and now a final notice, you write them your own notice. Keep researching with Stacey and the various groups and it will all make sense. Only each of us individually can be responsible for our own education and understanding. But the main point is don't do whatever they (ie the council, water/gas/elec/etc) are telling you is the LEGAL way - respond (within 72hrs is best but it doesn't really matter I believe) but respond in your own LAWFUL way.
